Nicole time line I have relooked at this and have come up with a strange thing. I am thnking that Nicole and party left the resturant about 8:15 to 8:20. Now I don't know why they would lie in this direction. First saying 9 and then 8:30 but the simplest thing is that they rushed thru the meal and left earlier than we thought. Nicole must have had a date and needed to be home 8:30ish. The reason that I came up with this, back to the old resturant time line. Mandels check was off exactly one hour due to daylight savings time. This was proved by Arronson looking at her watch when the waitress ASKED them to pay the bill. And by her room mates backing up when she got home. Now assuming that Nicoles bill was only off an hour, it was stamped at 7:12 she paid it at 8:12. Giving time to get to the car it would have been soon after. The rest of the party may have even been loading up as she paid the bill, as often happens when kids are involved and in a hurry to put them to bed. If the recital was over at shortly before 7:00. Then they could have gotten to the resturant at 7:20 and had 52 min to sit and order and eat. In a hurry that would make sense. As a good customer, if Nicole said she was in a hurry then she could have gotten quick service. Lots of food is either alread prpared or quick prepared in an Italian resturant. Now I tried several ways to make her get out later but the simple way of they just hurried and got out earlier makes the most sense. I just don"t know why they would have said it was later. This gives the time for the Browns to barely make the 9:37 phone call. But does not rule out the 11:00 call at all.
