Kari, This is true. I recall that it was said that Parks got off on the wrong road at least once --which took some more time.
Also, it has been stated that they left Rockingham from anywhere to 11:05 to 11:15. They know when the plane left. They also have surveillance videos with a time on them for when he arrived.
This is what was so silly about all the discussion about what OJ wore to the airport, etc. It was right on the tapes.
It would also matter what was going on in the city that night as far as traffic. In my town, the same time one week's traffic will be vastly different than on a night where a big concert is letting out from Rupp Arena. Or traffic to and from the airport is greatly affected by the Keeneland Horse Races where thousands of people are driving past the airport in two directions.
A prime example would be the NBA playoffs which wer going on that night. I do believe the game was back east but if not, that would be an example--the game would be letting out at 10:30 or so.
