Thanks for the info, Rose.

This also makes the Karf-Schwab story then--even More interesting. If he left the LAX at 10:15 as he claimed approx.--he is getting home sooner than he stated. He was giving it 25 minutes--puttting it at approx 10:40 if I recall. Or 10:45..which means he gave it the whole 1/2 hour. If it is less than 20 minutes--he could have been going straight outside to the mailbox as early as 10:35---and seeing a man across the street walking a dog.

This is just another reason why finding out exactly when that plane came in was important. And in the civil trial it was "suggested" to him that the plane came in at 10:10 and he blew that off as not being important.

When you tested out the length of the trip, did you try it at that time of night on Sunday night?

Also, Parks mentions the heavy traffic that night. Karpf is driving home at a time that could have been included in heavy traffic that Parks was referring to.

Being outside at the mailbox at 10:35 (while the murder is allegedly going on) is vastly different than being out there at 10:50 or so--when perhaps Schwab is finding the dog.

If it takes Karpf 15 min. to get to his car with a 10:10 flight, he is in the parking lot at approx 10:25 and then add 20 minutes to drive and he is arriving home at the 10:45 he claimed..

If he does arrive home at 10:35 --it is interesting that he doesn't see Nic's vehicle or anybody else's vehicle and is unaware that anything is going on next door. He is also outside in front much earlier than Schwab claims to be there.
