Didn't know about the latest appeal. Interesting.
Regarding your comments on the basic issues--perhaps I'm mistaken when I referred to some of them as "generally accepted".
Most would agree that there were problems with much of the testimony about the events of June 12 and I'm no different.
But some of the disputed issues don't seem to matter much. Others suggest serious problems and raise serious questions. For example, I don't see the importance of whether Rachel was there or not. On the other hand, exactly when Juditha noticed that the glasses were missing or when and where they were found is very important.
Also, it's clear the Browns' phone bill was altered and Nicole's wasn't even presented.
Further, why was 9:37pm crucial to the plan? Something Pat mentioned perhaps provides the answer. The murder was planned to take place at 10:03pm. Therefore, a call inquiring about the glasses would need to allow enough time to arrange delivery by Ron before that.
The testimony of the mezzaluna players was refined and as you suggest, maybe even coordinated. I recall mention of the meeting of Kato, Debello, Crawford and perhaps others.
Finally, the other people with links to the Mezzaluna who were either killed, disappeared or threatened. Something was wrong.
On that point, and many others, we agree. The question is why didn't the police or the investigators also see the problems?
