It looks like we're rehashing some minor issues from the past discussions but I'm not sure why.
Some notes on the recent discussion issues:
1. It was generally accepted that Nicole and three kids left the Mezza for the ice cream store about 8:30 pm. Rachel was the third child. They then got to Nicole's about 9:00pm. Shortly thereafter, Rachel's dad or mom picked her up.
(Rachel's mom later faxed a clarification to court regarding the ice cream bought for the kids).
2. Juditha Brown initially mentioned a 8:30 pm departure from the Mezzaluna. That would jibe with the 9:37 arrival at Dana Point. (I now agree that this would be possible after reading about Dick wagner and Rose's trip). 8:30 also fits with the testimony of Mezz employees. I agree with Jasper, since the phone records seem altered, that somehow a cell phone was involved and for some reason we see the discrepancies from Denise etc.
In any case, I don't see why the drive time even matters.
3. The Glasses. I lean towards Wagner's explanation and theory on this aspect. Crawford gave different times and explanations. Debello and others testimony was not consistent.
Question to me is why Browns would want to withold evidence (or lead them to change their stories) which would hurt the effort to solve the mystery of who really killed their daughter. Just money? Doesn't make sense to me.
