Since Judy didn't testify before the Civil Trial and I believe she had a depo--I agree. I think it was the Civil Trial though--just be the way the questions were asked--but not 100% sure. Is her depo still posted anywhere?

What I think important here is 2 things. First that Rachel was with Nicole--when the child was never listed by Denise as being at the restuarant and the Mezz employees never listed her either. They said repeatedly that 4 children were there--not five. When did Rachel come into the picture? Or if she was at the resturant, why did no one place her there?

Next, it is obvious that the glasses were missed and searched for prior to leaving the restuarant. This is what Judy originally told on tv interviews. In fact, her story got involved about searching the restuarant, not being able to read the menu, and that the search continued by the waitress after they left when it begin to get LATE and they needed to get the kids home.

It says a lot to me that the drive--Dom--was never on the stand, nor did she give a statement to court nor did she do a depo...and she was the driver--the one who owned a cell phone, etc. She alone knew when she left and how fast she drove, and whether she had her cell phone with her.

Then you get to thinking --WHY?---why did Dom not testify? Wouldn't she go along with the morphed story?

A lot of the changed/morphed story was to hide the fact of when they actually left the Mezz which I believe is much more like the original 9PM that Clark herself said in the GJ and Prelim Hearing.

Also, Judy's statements also expose as the ones on the original tv shows that the major part of the glasses search took place (inside the restuarant) prior to their leaving. The search inside by the waitresses and the bus boys was done during their meal since she couldn't read the menu and had to borrow someone else's glasses (as told on tv).

Judy even said on tv that she didn't know where Nicole had parked the Jeep or she would have searched there since she could have dropped them in Nic's jeep. She says she left with the waitress going to continue to look-in the parking lot, etc.

I have said all along that 2 min. call at 9:37 did NOT encompass an explanation of the lost glasses, take into account of a search inside the restuarant, checking with all the other waitresses and bus boys and a search outside, then coming back and continuing the conversation with Judy. No way, Jose'! All of that and more took place while they were still at the restuarant and still eating.

So that makes Judy's statement in the criminal court--perjury.

Tonya was at home. She could easily made that short call herself checking on whether the Browns were still at the restuarant.

Hey, I just thought of something. I am not so sure that the glasses had anything to do with this. Judy thought the glasses may have been dropped in Nicole's vehicle --and they may have. The envelope, Dr. Lee says was actually folded in half DURING the murder (which would have smashed the glasses had they been inside). It is a thought that the envelope was used to pass on drugs sold at the resturant as I have suggested before using a "cover story" of lost items.

The original story of leaving at 9PM and paired with the ice cream clerk's story where he wouldn't put the time that Nicole was there any earlier than 9 and he thought it was much later---shows to me that this "hipe" of leaving at 8:30 in order to get home by 9:37 is just that--bogus hipe.

It is one thing to "claim" to make that trip home in an hour (driving like a bat out of hell) but it is quite another to claim it took only 35 minutes.

Once again, ask yourself why? Just to fake up the time of the calls? Or to hide that in fact, all of this took place later than told in court, and that perhaps the glasses story was totally bogus as a reason for Ron coming over? Or hide the fact that it was Much later when Judy and Nicole talked and that being Dead by 10:15 was a physical impossibility? That there WAS a later call--perhaps from Nicole's phone? charlie
