This is exactly what I have seen before and it appears to be from testimony or the depo.
She says Rachel was with Nicole--yet was not seen at the ice cream store.
And notice that she says that when Nicole went across--they looked for the glasses. She had missed them in the restuarant.
ALL of this matches to what she told --at length on tv about the search happening for the glasses Before they ever left.
