Exactly. And it could well be that the KEY to this case lies in that cell phone (or Nic's cell phone) and the timing of that trip--which was lied about.
And the BIG LIE about the phone calls (in general) and that no phone dump was possible--when it was. Vannatter stressed this so much in his book that it made it suspicious.
And THINK of this---Denise was allowed to testify FOR Dominque. She never entered a statement NOR did she do a depo for the Civil trial.
Now why would THAT be?
