Yes, on a Freeway that had recently had construction that changed the time factors completely. You can't make a trip on a new road which added exits and probably lanes and then insist that it was possible to have done it before the construction was completed. I can't believe that anyone would ever accept such evidence. In 1994 the trip was very different then when you took the trip.
