John, We are discussing this BECAUSE the new appeal partly addresses this problem.
And Denise saying that they did it in a hour doesn't cut much ice with me. The Browns are the ones who said originally that they left the Mezz at 9 oclock in the first place.
Denise said a LOT of things about that recital and that trip which I don't give much credit to.
The PERSON who drove it and who allegedly didn't have her cell phone with her was NEVER asked about it in court nor in a depo.
