Kari, Even going that fast wouldn't do it. The appeal says 35 to 60 minutes...depending on whose testimony you believe.
I was hitting it pretty hard in traffic to go the 75 miles and just barely made it---without getting off I 75--no side highways or roads. I drove between 75-80 mph as well.
I also was trying hard to do it in an hour so I was passing people with a vengence--times that I wouldn't have if I had not been trying to get there w/in the hour.
We must recall that the first stated time of leaving the Mezz/LA was 9 o'clock--not 8:30 as it changed to when it was needed to justify the 9:37 call.
