Jasper-
You are wrong.
You think Schwab met the couple near the corner Bundy and Dorothy when he crossed to the east side after first seeing the dog. Check the testimony again. Schwab says that after he found the dog, he looked around to see whose dog it was and did not see anyone. If the couple was walking southbound on the east side of Bundy, he would have see them from the west corner of Bundy.
I am understanding that Schwab confuses you when he says "came around Dorothy...walked the dog" instead of walked up Bundy with the dog.
You might also try to figure out how they got from Gorham down to the corner of Dorothy and Bundy so fast. Remember they can not walk straight on Gorham to Bundy. They have to walk from Gorham up Gretna Green to Montana and over to Bundy and then come back down.
