It is pretty hard to take your conclusions seriously when you have glaring errors. Re-read Schwab testimony about the couple he encounters again after finding the dog. He encounters them on the west side of Bundy, NOT the east side. Follow his testimony as he talks about crossing from the east side to the west side about the time he talks to the cop. He sees the couple afterward and is specific that he was on the west side.
It could not have been quiet on Bundy between 10:50pm and 10:55Pmm. Remeber you have Heidstra outside his apartment listening to the barking sounds some where near 10:55pm. After about three minutes the sounds start becoming more intermittent.
