Rose, I did check it and the photos (if accurate) are more telling than the map. The apt complex appeares to sit right on the corner of Montana and Bundy.
All the maps I ever saw (like Jasper's experience) had the apt building near the Mezz.
That is why it wouldn't "fit" for me. The apt building being there (if accurate) cuts 3 to 5 minutes off his dog walk.
I think what we have here is that the DA's hid another person perhaps---in plain sight--by implying that whomever Karpf saw was Schwab.
