Jasper, You're welcome and now I feel like I am not screaming silently in the wind.

And I had not thought that Stein's testimony was only to give Pablo a lift.

The DA's "cherry picked" the witnesses and we have known that for a long time. They knew about but didn't call any of the after 10:30 witnesses.( I think I am right about that.)

And as I stated earlier-Pablo's 45 minute barking which so conveniently ended at 10:55 approx.--just a exact fit to Schwab's taking the dog away.

Actually, Stein's half hour of barking before Karpf gets home (approx. half hour) fits more the time that YOU say he got home than the barking starting at 10:15.

And have you ever thought why Stein could hear the dog barking and it was keeping her awake but Karpf couldn't? That he didn't hear it til he went out front? Unlikely.

And while we are on practice purposes for testifying. Think about why LOU and DOM did NOT testify--when they had as much info or more than Denise did. Denise was allowed to answer FOR Dom about her cell phone and the drive home. Dom never had to testify that she drove home, when she left and when she arrived. Or who was at dinner and whether Rachel was there or not.

In fact, nobody that wasn't a Brown, a friend of the Browns or a Mezzaluna employee (and friend of Ron's) testified about the dinner, the time, who was there, etc.

There were a LOT of things in this trial that were designed to give an Impression rather than some factual, additional info that would be helpful.
