Jasper, There was nothing NEW in his testimony except the extras that he said about the leash (which was immediately discounted as an error) and not seeing Nicole's Jeep -which was a defense question.
He didn't know when the barking started or when it ended.
He only put a man with a dog on the street in front of the condo in the appropriate time frame that is allegedly Schwab.
And if he did see a leash--which I think it highly possible he did---the leash was removed (because a bloody dog on a leash suggests a human in trouble) or Scwhab lied about it.
