Below we discussed the practical consequences of both Scwhab and Jones's testimony. And we could add Karpf's to that as well--because basically all it did was give the impression that he saw Scwhab (to discount the rumors of it being after 11 when Schwab found the dog) There were some "extras" to his testimony as not seeing the Jeep and the leash testimony and his girlfriend not seeing the Jeep a little after 12 but the Reason he testimony was to put a man there with a dog across the street --allegedly Schwab. HIs statement about the leash was discounted. Should it have been? Nope!
This is esp true if the leash, tags, and collar did in fact disappear that night never to be seen again.
There are others like Jones, the animal control people and others who should have been contacted and testified.
Others who Should have testified are Lou, Dom, the maid and many others---esp. any witnesses at the Mezz who had been there for the dinner or in the restuarant to see the recital party.
There are a BUNCH of witnesses who were Hidden in plain sight. charlie
