You wonder if there was another man walking a dog that we never heard testify. Schwab says he met a couple on his walk before he got to the corner of Dorothy and Bundy. He then meets this same couple later and, lo and behold, they are walking south on Bundy. Seems they would have gone right past Nicole's condo and not seen anything.
