Reading your post caused me to go back and reread the interview with OJ by PV and TL since it had been quite a while since I read it.
The first thing I noticed is that L and V seem to know quite a few things. Some of the things they could have gotten from Arnelle and Kato but not everything. I am not sure, for example, that they have had time to study and compare what Arnelle and Kato have stated prior to the interview.
I was curious as to how they came to the birthday and gifts questions and I see it all started by asking him when her birthday is. Odd. That comes out of nowhere. Why ask when her birthday is if they have no idea at all that her birthday was during this time period. You are correct. It comes out of nowhere--unless they have had prior info. Suppose her birthday had NOT been during that period of time. Somebody fed them that info. I can't see Arnelle or even Kato (unless he had an agenda a la Junot's scenario) even thinking the info to be important in ANY way.
I also noticed that OJ mentions that Nicole leaves at the end of the recital and returns but then says THEY return. Who? Sydney? Something was said at some time (anybody recall?) about Sydney not wanting to wear her costume to the restuarant. I understand it was a cowboy and western outfit yet the photo of OJ and Sydney and the flowers doesn't seem to be that kind of outfit. It seems like it is a dressy dress she has on.
Every single thing--Nicole and Sydney? leaving, changing clothes, taking the flowers photo, etc. takes MORE time esp. when the recital was already much later than they thought it was going to be.
I have looked this school up on a map of LA. The school is on the far side of the Mezzaluna. For either to drive home and back would take a while. The school is at least as far as OJ's house only back in the direction of the Mezz.
If, in fact, Nicole drove Sydney home to change clothes and back, it was much later than they said.
I also noticed something else. OJ says that Judy gets in the car with her and ALL the kids get into Denise's car. That is not what Denise and Judy said. Didn't Judy say that Justin is sitting on her lap on the way over, etc??? And she said at one time in her morphed stories that she didn't know where Nicole had parked so she couldn't look for her glasses in Nic's Jeep before leaving the restuarant.
So which story is correct? Who rode with whom?
And who fed info to them? I think there were other things as well--as what he was wearing at the recital and later. Reread that and see if you don't agree. One of the cops suggests black pants to OJ as something he has on at the recital.
