LOLL,

I have never been able to find out Fuhrman's blood type or Roberts'. It appears from the tapes I've seen of Roberts is that he is right-handed.

Fuhrman did a considerable amount of fighting as a cop on the streets of L.A. He was a Marine Corps MP. All Marines are trained in hand-to-hand combat. As a Military Policemen he received special training in physical combat. He also practiced the martial arts.

Another thing to remember is that Fuhrman played basketball and he was quite good at it.

A skillful use of both hands in basketball is essential. I found a "self-deprecating" statement from Fuhrman in Murder in Brentwood, page 128, extremely interesting in regard to "going left" (using his left hand to make shots). It looks to me like another gratuitous distancing himself from guilty knowledge about the killer (like calling the blue knit cap a black ski mask). He was talking about a game with a black cop named BROWN that was filmed by a black news anchor named BROWN. A lot of close-quarter scuffling goes on under the hoop and there was a lot in that situation to remind Fuhrman of the Bundy killer. He said, "I can't go left effectively." --Jasper
