I agree that the white SUV type vehicle that Heistra saw might not have anything to do with the murders at all.
I was just discussing it in the context of the case in court and Jasper's scenario.
And I never got the idea that Heistra actually saw that vehicle come from the alley behind Nicole's condo. He saw it come from that direction but not actually coming out of the alley.
