The article opins that since he was never indicted, his case never should've went to trial.
Apparently, an indictment by a Grand Jury is necessary per the constitution.
The writer asks an interesting question about all the experts, lawyers and legal commentators who ALL apparently failed to notice that this requirement was not met.
