I always fest something wasn't quite right about Fuhrman's notes. In his testimony and in his book he describes how he observed all the evidence and then went into the living room and started writing the notes.
Halfway through his note taking, Brad Roberts showed up and Fuhrman took him for a walk through before returning to the couch in Nicole's livingroom to finish his notes.
I don't know where that "half through" was, and I'm away from my books and notes right now, but I seem to remember that most of the notes about "important" evidence used in the case were in the last part of his notes.
Wouldn't the glove and the ski cap have a more prominent position if you are taking notes on possible evidence? Wouldn't you think? Miss Marple
