Once considered a scenario that the 10 pm visitor was an "official" investigator who was also intimate friend of Nicole's. DEA or the like.
If so, the visit could've been witnessed by persons from the other side. Drug lords or plotters like MF & company.If indeed Nicole was thought to be working as a snitch to these visiting officials, then the killings shortly thereafter would be the unfortunate event to follow.
All of the subsequent events, coverups, red herrings, etc. which are don't make sense but suggest something fishy could start to make sense. This would include everything from both the prosecution and the defense's downplaying of the 10 pm visit, to the late arrival of the coroner, to the 10:17 call to the prompt cleansing of the crime scene etc. etc.
One thing is for sure: Had O.J. been the culprit, life would be so much easier!
