Kari, I don't exclude the athletes and movie stars but saying that people in an "official" capacity could very well also have a driver and a guard.
And I had not thought of that until I saw that Condit video endlessly repeated.
I think those in certain levels of city, county and state government might have that kind of vehicle with driver, etc. as well as certain levels in the police department or other officials such as FBI and DEA and others.
White SUV's can pass as regular vehicles (unless someone can see a special license plate) even more so than white regular cars these days.
I have noticed that some organizations (let's say the Olympics just for an example) have a fleet of white SUV's at their disposal during certain periods of time.
I have noticed that the malls have Mall security driving around in a white truck-like vehicle (not an SUV) continuously. They do have special lights on them though but they are all white in color.
I am just putting out there that there is a possibility that she had some kind of official visitor or a visitor who IS an official.
