You are making my point perfectly. Almost all of what you wrote about in your post is coming from the junk press. I just checked my regular papers on the net, I read Washington Post, USA Today, LA Times, Fox News, New York Times and CNN interactive. None of those papers had the stories about staff leaving, where did you hear that? Not a word about him being the last one Shandra talked to either. Not a word about the 20 calls.
One has to be so careful and selective about what to believe of what is written before judging. Till the police says so or Condit says so I don't know that they had an affair. And they haven't said that. And if they did, so what?
About searching the apartment, don't forget that it was Condit's suggestion as was the lie detector test and DNA sampling.
Charlie, this is exactly what happened in the O.J. Simpson case. They released the 911 tape and the press bought into the story of a case of battery escalating into murder. Miss Marple
