I totally agree on this timeline and your analogy regarding the wall thumps as excuse to plant the glove.
I do have a problem believing Fuhrman (a coward) as committing a homicide. I think he likes to hurt people (a little sadistic), but he was only too willing to burn his buddies with his rhetoric story to the writer. I noted what a coward he was when Gates showed his face and locked Furhman's trapdoor before he could run off too much information.
I really hate to disagree, no matter what I've found, learned, thought, read or digested. I strongly suspect Fuhrman knows WHO DID. He is hiding that knowledge, perhaps with good reason. I think he is just as afraid as Kato. There is one MEAN Jose out there, and a rich one at that.
