The reference to "10" was not a mistake. This analysis involves a timeline which is one hour later than generally accepted. That means the 9:37 pm call by Juditha in my speculation was actually 10:37. Adding an hour to the times which have been "established" makes the shoe fit with much of the other evidence. Starting with the call from Juditha to the Mezzaluna, Nicole's 10:17 call, and on to the oter calls. The times work and Fuhrman's 10:40 pm credit card alibi thus becomes a smoking gun.
As to the 10:50 latest time for the murders, we don't have a problem since even this scenario doesn't include the possibility that the murders occurred after 11. The time Schwab noticed blood on the Akita confirms that the deed was done prior to 11 pm.
Finally, this scenario also does not eliminate the value of Heidstra's testimony.
