Thanks. Since Jasper too sets the time of the murders at between 10:40-10:50 pm time, there is no problem. That time period is the only one which fits with all the other evidence.
This would also explain why Fuhrman didn't reveal the credit card alibi until much later. Investigating that alibi(at the time) would've been simple. In that case and at the time, if it were revealed that the credit card alibi was a fraud, the entire cover of the plan would've fell apart bit by bit.
This is why he kept it only as a contingency.
All this suggests to me that this case was not as complicated as it has been supposed or was made to be.
