As we all know well, there are so many clues and bits of evidence and info that run counter to the generally accepted theories on this case. Evidence inconsistent with the 10-10:30 pm timeline has been an issue with many of us.
After the recent discussions on Lou Brown, Juditha's glasses, Fuhrman's alibi etc, it became apparent to me that a later time for the murders actually fills many of the gaps and helps answer many of the issues and evidence which bother us.
A 10:45 time for the murders makes more sense in many ways. Consider:
The phone bill. Obviously doctored to fit with the prosecution's theory. Calls fit if they include 10:17 from Nicole (who was out--remember the 10:00 pm visitors). Then a 10:31 call from Judita to Nicole; then Juditha to the Mezzaluna at 10:37 and again to Nicole at 10:42. Then Nicole to the Mezzaluna to speak to Ron at 10:45 and Ron's departure from the Mezza at 10:50 pm.
Others: The travel time to the Brown's. Arrival at 10:17 pm. Makes more sense.
Why Fuhrman would have a credit card receipt proving his whereabouts at 10:40 pm. (As Charlie noted, the coincidence of the century)
Even Shively and the Bronco.(If OJ was stalking, and left in a hurry--a lot about his activities and silence on key issues would be explained) This sighting and the 10:55 sighting of OJ by the limo driver. The blind-daters (saw or heard nothing at 10:30). The state of the blood at 12 midnight. The still melting ice cream. The Akita and Scwab. The inconsistency of Crawford's testimony and the possible influences behind the pressure to modify testimony.
Even the 10:30 caller, the 10:04 time on the watch, the Hey, hey, hey (Jibes with the departure of a bronco) and triggers(?) the 10:42 pm decision by Nicole to phone Ron even after it was agreed that glasses would be picked up on Monday. Also the thumps. All items that were timed to fit a timeline which would allow for the frame of OJ.
One question I have relates to a comment Jasper made recently. If all this fits with a later timeline, then not sure why Jasper thinks that the later timeline does not jibe with his theory of MF as the person who was behind the murders.
Can't recall any evidence within his theory that eliminates Fuhrman as the culprit in this later timeline.
If he were the master planner, perhaps hired killers were used. That would explain the need for the 10:40 credit card receipt if were indeed the planner.
