In the opening statement Cockran says that OJ struck Nicole. If they had used the same information that you did to explain what happened that night, it would have been a different flavor to the trial. My gut feeling was that OJ did not hit her, but could not believe my own gut feelings till you showed how she was fighting with the maid. The police got a statement from Michelle and she was outside when Nicole feel. I can not understand why on earth they did not put her on the stand. Almost all those marks were from Michelle or the fall. I think that jury would have seen a cat fight and understood exactly what happened. They had the same information you had plus being able to question OJ and Michelle and Arnelle and the nanny to see what happened that night. But either missed how to prove it or for some reason did not. It would have destroyed the whole abuse theory. And why on earth didn't they track back to find the make up person who made Nicole up in that other picture that they were playing was abuse. Or even had a make up artist to explain how they did it. They could even have made someone else the same way and had them wipe it off in fount of the jury. So many things to disprove the abuse and then they would have only had a she said he said. They had witnesses lined up to say the resturaant incidences, etc did not happen. But never put them on. Unbeliveable. And I believe that she went back to Germany. Could she have been illigal and that is the reason?
