It is important to remember that neither Judy nor Lou testified in the Criminal Trial. Neither did Dom who was actually driving home.
And Lou never appeared at all. I don't believe Dom did either in the civil trial. Only Judy and Denise.
None of these public statements came into question in the Criminal trial nor the civil trial. charlie
