Judy also told this on one of the nationally televised interview shows that they did and the Goldman's did them as well.
You may recall. The ones where they sat on the couch in their living room.
Judy went into great detail of how they talked of the recital, how it went, how good Sydney did, etc. And she says there that it was "about 10 minutes" in length.
Nobody EVER challenged her on this. Not then and not later when she failed to report this in the stipulation.
I was not the only one who just about fell off the chair when they read her stipulation and it failed to mention this.
She also said on the program that she talked to Nicole twice. She said this call was later.
Now, knowing what Lou has said about walking into the door and the phone is ringing and it is Nicole, I wonder if the 9:37 call was made by Judy at all.
And it certainly puts into question--again --their phone bill that shows that call at that time. At least originating from THEIR house.
There has to be copies of these programs either with OJ watchers or with the networks. For sure with the networks.
Judy also told Chris K. Jenner that she had made arrangements to get the glasses from Nicole at lunch at 11:30 on Monday.
So unless we believe that Judy and Lou are RAGING Pathological Liars, there is something here that is not correct and it was lied about in court. With the willing participation of the DA's if not the defense as well.
