So many strange decisions, Charlie. If Clark wanted to clear the confusion about what time Judy last talked to Nicole, why didn't she call her to testify. But she called neither Judy nor Lou. Seems like they would have been important time line witnesses. The only reason must have been that they would have given the "wrong" time for Clark's time line. So Clark chose confusion. (prosecutorial misconduct again?)
There was a side bar, (don't remember when, but will look for it), where Shapiro or Cochran stipulated to a phone record with the 10.17 call. It was stipulated "for this particular witness", and I think it was for Crawford. Clark made a funny little dance about it and I never heard about again. Miss Marple
