The rare steak has been cured. I have picked up steaks just butchered and not cured as I don't like older steak as well. I know weird person, anyway, it is not noxious as the other smell as they always hang meat at least a day or so. But usually steaks were kept longer with the cut I was buying. I don't know with this subject if I will be eating steaks anytime soon. :):):)
