Prien, Well, sounds like the blood on the back gate may be in question as well if he did not mention it in his notes.

It appears to me that since Fuhrman's notes did not mention the blood drops at Bundy, that if Riske's HAD mentioned them, the prosecution would have taken pains to at least make that Known in some way (through questions) if not actually displaying the notes.

In recent days, I see EXACTLY why Judge Fuji did not allow the manucripts of the two books to be in the civil trial. When either is compared to testimony and to each other, there are enough "questions' raised to have reasonable doubt -enough to sink the plaintiff's ship. And it would be based on Untruthful statements made by the cops being used to cast doubt on the rest of what they say.

And I see why Ito found reason not to have the hotel clerk testify to having told Lange about the cut around 6:45.

In Evidence Dismsissed they claim the call to the coroner is first --or rather imply it. Basically it said they were both done--the coroner call told about first so that it would appear to have happened first.
