As I was trying to point out before, very little testimony that came from the Prosecution and Martz who allegedly testified for the Defense, which the fact that he was ordered to testify shows that Dr Rieders made it clear that his tests showing the Father and daughter ION that had only been identified as EDTA before that date and no other combination of these two ions has ever shown anything but EDTA was enough for the jury whatever Martz said. Bottom line, the evidence which consistently changed to accomadate the lies being shown by the Defense of the Prosecutions stories. Nothing they presented had much to do with the truth. It is frightening when a member of the LAPD tells a witness to change their testimony or become charged with a crime related to the murder like conspiracy after the fact, something I personally KNOW they were doing in 1975 as they did it to me as I was one of three alibi witnesses for the African American witness in January 1975. Being as young as I was then, nineteen isn't that young now, but it was then. I came back to Northern CA and my friends seems to have taken it's toll on my friends as well. Fortunately for the man accused who had three alibi witnesses the man who killed his neighbor's boyfriend still freaked from killing his girlfriend killed again was caught red handed and they had to let the guy go. Considering Rampart I really doubt anything will change the LAPD. They were liars and very scary then, and they are probably worse now.
