You know if you take Phillips total denial of every being a partner of Furhmans, if one looks at it another way, this kept the door to the defense closed in regards to ever being asked by the defense questions about those obscene phone calls in regards to details. With many Prosecution witnesses people lied about simple questions one would not think twice about unless one realized the entire relvance of the NO answer. It stopped the defense in their tracks several times. Anyone remember a good number of obvious lies that in fact closed the door to the defense in regards to certain details of the Bundy Crime Scene and Nicole's life. The very idea that the prosecution closed this door time and again throughout both trials shows that indeed the missing questions not allowed to be asked may indeed be the key to the real killers in the case.
