When Nicole was at Gretna Green she was getting obsene phone calls several times a day. she called the police and the investigating officers were Fuhrman and Phillips. They found the person and when he called again Nicole told him to stop calling as she knew who he was and where he lived.
I am wondering if Phillips was Fuhrmans partner then and then Phillips was promoted. If not why would someone of his rank be investigating obscene phone calls. And why robbery, homicide.
