I wish I could. I saw only the tail end and basically they did their best to make it seem that the conclusion found by the investigator could not be proven because the DNA could not be shown to be the age it should be etc. They made such a big deal in the O.J. Simpson case about how DNA deterioates, but in this case the DNA found on Jon Benet that matched no family member could have been picked up anywhere.
