It is very possible that this happened --just as it happened the phone bill never got entered into evidence in the trial --and it now is at Bill Hodgeman's home --for God only knows what reason. And that it is his personal property. Yeah, right.

Also was reading Crawford's Grand Jury testimony just tonight by coincidence.

In it she is asked when the Brown's left and she says 8:30 or 9.

Then several questions later when Clark wants to discuss the call to the Mezz, she says to Crawford, "After the Browns left the Mezzaluna at nine, you got a call... type question--but definitely picks the 9 over the 8:30. She doesn't say between 8:30 and 9 or even just after the Browns left.

To me, that shows that at least at this point it was not on their minds that somebody who leaves at 9 can't make a call from Dana Point at 9:37.

Then later Crawford guesses that the call from Judy is about 9:30 and the call from Nicole is at 9:35. Still nobody has made a connection.

So as early as the Grand Jury, nobody was questioning the Browns leaving at 9 and being home in Dana Point at 9:30 to make a call back to LA.

Also, since this is June 21st, it is plenty of time to have gotten phone records from the phone company--those phone dumps that we know that the cops can and do get in murder and other cases quite easily.

This stresses my point that ALl concerned were of the opinion at this point in time that the Browns left at 9. Nicole was said to be at Ben and Jerry's at 9. Etc. etc. The Browns themselves were speaking of their leaving at or near 9.

It was only later that the story changed.

One can only wonder--just when did it important and for what reason.

When did it get to be important that the sequence of events happened on Clark's time table? That Nic's call was what made Ron leave. And that the call she made had to do with the glasses and not something else--like him coming over anyway.

And WHEN did it important for Judy to Forget the second call and not stipulate it?

I think it had the most to do with Clark trying to have Ron and Nicole dead by 10:15. In fact, that it had everything to do with that fact.

Cell phone calls and calls from Nicole to her mom simply had to disappear.
