I am nogt surprised that you didn't see even nthat much difference between the top and bottom of the columns. The difference on the alleged Brown bill vastly exceeds the distances that you mention.
I did have a chance to test the minutes column for how straight the numbers line up. Crude forgery. Not even close. When you put a straight edge against the numbers, they line up except for the "ones." The "ones" are clearly way off line.
This does not even rise to the level of a crude forgery. The only way that the prosecution wouldhave dared present this trash is if they knew in advance that the defense would not contest it. And the only way the defense could ahve let this pass is if this were a show trial.
