Charlie,
Good work on bill analysis. I just measured the width of he column between the states and the phone numbers called column and found that the top of the column is wider than the bottom. Not by much, but definitely noticeable once you put a straight edge to it, and check width and top and bottom.
No way does tha happen with a real bill.
