Charlie,

If you are referring to the "CA" that is out of line with the other 17 CAs on the list, a closer look will tell you that it is where it is supposed to be.

Most of the places on that list are "W Angeles" with triple spacing between the "s" and the "CA." Two of them are written LosAngeles with the "s" in "Angeles" taking up one of the three spaces before the "CA." The result is a column of "CAs" that are more or less on line. The one that is off line is BeverlyHls. It has the same spacing count as LosAgeles but "s" does not extend into the space before the "CA."

This looks like a programmer call to me - a question of what works in most cases to make the bill neat and readable.

If the "Night" notation for an afternoon call is a customary way of indicating a night rate, I can't see anything wrong with the bill. Then again, I can't see it well enough to tell if there are anomalies in the pixelation that will give it away. Marg says you can bring in the bill from Dick Wagner's site that will tell the tale, but for some reason I haven't been able to get in. --Jasper
