In Robert Shipero's book on page 33, he states that he asked Juditha Brown on several occasions regarding the certainty of the last ime she talked to her decesed daughter Nicole Her reply "I talked to her shortly before 11:00 that night.....because we got home from Los Angeles I looked at the clock, I remember that it was just a few minutes before 11:00.
The GTE telephone statements subpoenaed by the People of the State of California and filed by the Court on June 30, 1994 have disappeard from the twenty threevolumes of Simson's criminal files (Exhibit 13, Letter from Custodian of Files for Los Angeles County Superior Court Regarding General Telephone and Electric (GTE) Phone records-Dec 29, 1998) Futhermore prosecuting Attorney Hodgman has since removed all of the exhitits in the custody of Los Angeles County Superior Court Exhibit Department including all telephone statements.
Futher more of all the phone numbers which ere listed in the EXhibit Department log book for the Simpson criminal trial(BA 09721)none of the numbers match those on people's Eshibit #35 introduced by Clark or Exhiit @26 introduced by Petrocelli (Exhibit 14-GTE telephone numbers given Los Angelaes County Superior Court Exhibit Department ID Numbers for Case No. BA 097211.
