Now I know that this tree thing sound strange, but my daughter has trees like this. She got this good deal on some kind of palm trees and planted them a as a fense. Now they are bigger in diameter becuse of the palm frounds around the base but father apart. I think you could squeeze thru them but would not want to, with the palm frounds sticking you. This sounds similar but just different trees. Now if you can do that would depend on the roots. Palm tree roots are not that big around but go down. They don't go wondering around the yard like an oak tree. Now Jason could not or had trouble going thru the trees as a little kid so unless they were thined out they would have gotten bigger trunks and an adult could not have gone thru. Now this brings up another problem. If they were that close, to throw the glove over the fense you would have to have gotten closer to hit the space between them. Now if these trees where as Jason says, then why on earth did not somebody bring this up in the criminal trial? Now if they had measured the spaces and found that a man OJ's size could not have come thru them, it would have completely have ruled out the jumping over the fense theory. If right at that spot a tree had been removed and there was a space then why did not the prosecution bring it up. Jason did not have a reason in the world to lie about this. If he had they would have rebuted him and made him look bad with pictures and an expert. Now I may have missed something but neither side but Jason mentioning the tree spaces is just strange. You just can't miss trees.
