Yes, Wagner lives in Van Nuys. But he won't do what I request, because it opposes his Rube Goldberg theories. I want to know if the border fence and foliage at Rockingham still exists. Yes, of course I know that the mansion itself was torn down long ago. But since this was on the property line, and on the Salinger side, it's just possible it still might exist, and even five years of additional growth won't be enough to keep us from being able to make logical conclusions about it, provided it still exists.
