Now over on alt fan, priem is saying that Oj could not have gone over the wall because there were flower beds there and they would have shown footprints. Now didn't Fuhrman and Roberts talk to Rosa and then go back in the back yard to look around. Could it be that not only did they want to know if she heard anything, but also to see if they had left any foot prints when they were planting the glove and if they were to get rid of them? ****************************************************************************************************

Trouble is, Prien is wrong and/or misinformed. First, there was no "wall" in the area in question at Rockingham, only a really half-assed chain link fence. There are two references in what you might call the "OJ literature" which has 'OJ' going over some kind of wall. One is Wganer's theory and some variations of it about how 'OJ' entered Bundy. The other is a theory about how 'OJ' entered Rockingham after parking the Bronco.

After all these year, the ONLY description of the neighbors' (Salinger/Rosa Lopez) I've ever run across is in Jason Simpson's civil trial deposition; he had played there several times as a child. If one is to believe that description, then Calista Flockhart could not have gotten over the boundary fence, for Jason describes thick trees with only six inches of separation between them.

The only reference to something like a "flower bed" that I can recall is that Fuhrman, in his book describes a "potting area" at the west end of the guest house, between the guest house and the tennis courts. Other sources describing this area reveal it to have been a 'dead storage' area, much like the south pathway, and, at the time, holding a rowboat and gardening detritus. it could not have been what Prien was referring to, unless Prien was mistaken in his understanding of certain details -- and he has been known to be such.
