You're right! I never thought of that. According to this so-called Fundamentalist Christian school of thought, the mark of Cain was black skin because black people were thought to be descendents of Cain -- or was it Cain's son Ham, who was supposed to be black or to have wooly hair or something? Gonna have to look that up. I'm finding way too many hams in the movie connections so there may be a connection with Cain and Ham that I didn't see. I'll be looking for it now.
Good eye, Jean. Don't know why I never saw it especially with all of the incest links I found (Adam and Eve's children) in association with white supremacy (the logical extension of "pure blood" is inbreeding.
Kinda puts the "Mark" part of "the mark of Cain" in a whole new light, too, doesn't it. --Jasper
