You may recall that Fuhrman says that Roberts was putting out cards next to the blood drops at Rockingham before Fung got there. He also claims that there were about 40 of them and not the 8 (I think) that Fung took a sample of.
There was a blood collection kit in the trunk of the car that Roberts and Fuhrman were using. In LA, it was testified to that many times (most times) the cops themselves take the blood samples on the scene.
If in fact there were that many blood drops, one of the cops could have made an entire set before Fung ever got there.
